Use the Practice Stroke to program the character of your entire
Downstroke Motion and its
Lag Pressure Feel:
Deliberate...
Unvarying...
Steady as she goes.
Repeat the words to yourself during your Address Routine.
During the actual Stroke, make this mantra your dominant thought, especially at The Top.
Then...
Drag your wet mop from The Top to The Finish.
